Sundance Builders has over one hundred years of combined construction experience with the widest variety of building projects and have built dozens of storage facilities in Las Vegas. They are a tested builder with local experience who builds quality products on consistent timelines.

Golden State Storage has been managing storage facilities for over 40 years with 20 locations in California and Nevada. They have been active in Las Vegas for 18 years and manage 7 facilities in that market

Ryan is the Vice President, corporate secretary, and director of technology and new business at Ojai Oil Company. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in The Netherlands.

Doug is the President of Ojai Oil Company and the director of oil operations. He holds a BS in Petroleum Engineering from Stanford University. Doug was an active duty Naval officer in the Vietnam war. Doug has been involved in self storage since 1974.
